Returns Policy

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive the wrong goods, please do not open them. We are allowed one week to check a faulty item, we may ask for a video of the fault to speed the process up.


Exceptions / Non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned and are listed below:

  • E-Liquids
  • Cotton
  • Coils
  • Replacement Pods
  • Accessories


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

 

Warranty
Selected hardware has a 90 day warranty from date of purchase that is limited to factory faults. You will have to ship the item to us at your cost and when we receive it we will inspect it. If the device is in fact damaged we will replace it unless we don't have any more stock of that item. If we don't have any stock of that item we will contact you to choose an alternative item. 

We do not cover the following:

  • Fall damage
  • Paint damage
  • Water damage
  • Broken screens or glass
  • Leaks
  • Misuse or negligence 

Hardware we cover:

  • Mods
  • Chargers
  • Pods & MTL Mods
  • Starter Kit Mods

 

Refunds
If you want to refund an item, please contact us. You will be responsible to ship the item back to us safely at your cost. Once we have received the item we will refund ONLY the item and not the shipping.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

ALL RETURNS NEED TO BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH ALL PARTS OR ACCESSORIES! FAILURE TO DO THIS WILL VOID THE RETURN.
